MCT™: Enhanced Mid-IR Pulsed Laser Detector

The Amplified MCT Detector is ideally suited for use with DRS Daylight’s pulsed mid-IR lasers, providing 245° K performance and a sub-3 nanosecond rise time without the need for external cooling.

This compact device includes a fully integrated receiver, an embedded IR detector, a low-noise amplifier, and a temperature controller, all in one package.
