The Hiden HPR-20 for OEMS is a gas analysis system designed for continuous, real-time monitoring of evolved gases and vapors in electrochemical processes.
Overview
The ultralow flow real-time sampling capillary enables connection for headspace sampling and integration with electrochemical cells, such as El-Cell.
For most common gases and vapors, including water vapor, the Hiden QIC-ulf quartz-lined ultra-low flow sampling interface, operating at temperatures as high as 200 °C, offers quick response times of less than three seconds.
The standard system's detection capability with a 200 amu mass range is less than 100 parts per billion.
The 3F series 300 amu system, an optional feature, comes with a triple-stage mass filter and can detect up to 5 parts per billion. It is highly recommended for applications that analyze condensable or corrosive species or require optimal abundance sensitivity.
