It is compatible with EPC C1G2 commercial RFID readers and it can measure item temperatures in a range from -10°C to +120°C with an accuracy of ±0.5°C. The thermistor can also operate in an extended temperature range from -30°C to +300°C with an accuracy of ±3°C. Farsens has been selected as one of the ten finalists for the Best in Show award for the Pyros product.

In addition, Farsens will be showcasing a whole set of wireless, battery-free sensor solutions including:

  • Titan – UHF RFID bistable relay. Featuring a G6CU-2114P-US relay from Omron, it can wirelessly open and close electrical circuits (Max. Switching voltage (AC) 380 V – Max. Switching voltage (DC) 125 V – Max. Switching current 8 A)

  • Hydro – UHF RFID soil moisture sensor. It allows for moisture level monitoring in soil or other materials in intervals from extremely dry to extremely wet.
