The Series 33 X / 35 X pressure transmitters are developed based on the stable, floating piezoresisitive transducer and the newly developed XEMICS micro-processor which is integrated with 16 bit A/D converter. The calculated pressure can be displayed on a PC or laptop with the help of the KELLER cable K-107 and the READ30 software. Pressure signals can be recorded, and the graphics can be displayed on the PC with the help of the READ 30 software. 128 transmitters can be integrated to a Bus-system.
Non-linearities and temperature dependencies of the sensor are mathematically compensated. 16 bit D/A converter can be integrated in the XEMICS processor for outputting the analog signal. Commercial dead weight testers are used for calibrating the transmitters. Manometers indicate an uncertainty or accuracy of about 0.025%. The full-scale output of transmitters can be matched with any standard according to the customer’s choice by correcting the gain with the PROG30 software.
