The Viatran model 570 is a durable high pressure range product meant for use in situations requiring prior approvals for transmitter use. It gives an output of 4-20 mA for ranges of 0-100 through 0-100 000 PSI. It is sealed and thus provides reliable performances even in harsh production environments and even those rated hazardous.
Features
The Viatran model 570 pressure transmitter has many high-rated features making it a product of choice in its class, including:
- An IP-68 rating
- The ShuntCal feature
- Ideal for applications involving high pressures
- RapidShip facility which ensures a two-day turnaround on orders
- Availability of several optional accessories to fit it for different applications
- Construction material is all-stainless steel
The use of welding to bond parts and components together, with the stainless steel material, enable the use of Model 570 in test or industrial applications which expose it to corrosive media or gases. This includes the use of an O-ring free sealing design, boosting its durability in such environments. These units are labeled and approved to FM standards, and comply with NEC/API Dual Seal requirements. Wetted parts made of 316 stainless steel, Inconel or Hastalloy may be ordered in accordance with client requirements and to suit the most harsh applications.
