Bumblebee X meets the fundamental requirement for a complete and real-time stereo vision solution. With the wide baseline solution, customers can test and implement depth sensing systems that operate up to 20 m away. Pick-and-place, bin picking, palletization, automated guided vehicles, and autonomous mobile robots are just a few of the real-time applications that benefit significantly from their low latency.
Key Features Include:
- 24 cm baseline stereo vision with 3 MP sensors that have been factory-calibrated for real-time applications requiring high accuracy and low latency
- IP67 industrial-grade vision system with color and monochrome ordering options, various field-of-views, and 1 GigE or 5 GigE PoE
- Onboard processing generates a depth map and color data for point cloud conversion and colorization
- Capability to activate an external pattern projector and synchronize multiple systems for more precise 3D depth information
- Software library with articles, example code, and support for Windows, Linux, and the Robotics Operating System
