Brad Walters, former Chairman CEO and serial entrepreneur MaxStream Inc, declared the release of Monnit Corporation, which is a leading wireless sensor manufacturing firm for industrial, commercial and consumer wireless sensor business.
Monnit will be supplying the entire user-friendly monitoring devices from an extensive series of sensing systems and gateways utilized for coupling the sensors to the online and local or internet software which facilitates the sensor designing , specifying the time, constancy and notification of targets.
Walters stated that the sensors which operate wirelessly are rapidly explored as a vital segment of the ‘Internet of Things’ for identifying common devices, interpret status or offer warning systems upon maintaining through networking system. He added that Monnit aims to be the pioneers in cost-effective, secure, precise wireless sensors for various industrial, consumer and commercial applications.
Monnit is aiming to release its initial products in the third quarter of 2010 which will focus on the commercial demands and will be launching validation kits produced for convenience stores, restaurants, hotels and motels, self storage systems and facility and building operations. Apart from this an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) fabrication kit will be supplied for facilitating the technical experts to generate off-the-shelf, brand-able sensor stages for incorporation into the services or present gateways.
