The FacilityPro 5010 builds on the previous FacilityPro generation and provides a central hub for a complete cleanroom environmental monitoring system. With a modular design, the system is able to be configured based on current sampling requirements while offering simple expandability to meet future needs.

The FacilityPro 5010 simplifies particle and microbial sampling by offering the flexibility to sample either particles or microbial sampling points with a single module. Additionally, analog and digital inputs and outputs for sensors such as temperature, differential pressure and light towers are now integrated into the central processor module, reducing the number of sampling modules while simplifying the installation. Additional modules are available to connect to a larger number of particle counters, microbial samplers, and analog environmental sensors such as temperature or differential air pressure.

The central vacuum architecture further simplifies installation. A backup vacuum pump can also be installed, allowing for continued operation during pump failure or maintenance.

The new FacilityPro SCADA provides an updated graphical operator interface with an intuitive map-based design, system configuration, audit trails and data/trend reports. In support of the 21 CFR Part 11 system, the software has strict access controls and requires electronic signatures for all actions and changes. The system can include multiple graphical client stations, a secondary server with fail-over capabilities, and multiple remote access options.

"The FacilityPro 5010 provides our customers with the flexibility they need in a fast-changing environment while ensuring data security and reliability," Gianni Scialo, VP of Life Sciences for Particle Measuring Systems said. "This new system is category 4 in GAMP 5 and is created to have standard IQ/OQ protocols based on a standard validation book allowing for a simpler and faster validation," he continued.
