The powerful 8” Android tablet uses sophisticated light emitting sensor (LES) technology, which is impervious to heat, cold, dirt, sunlight, and bright lights, and is not affected by latent prints.

We have a great deal of experience in providing mobile biometric devices, but this is the first one that integrates an FBI Appendix F certified ten-finger (4-4-2) scanner that captures rolled and flat fingerprints. Law-enforcement and security professionals that need mobility and accurate high-resolution fingerprint scans now have access to the most up-to-date biometric technology on a proven platform.

Kalvin Chen, VP, Operations, AMREL

The BioSense™ AT80 MAX—developed for mobile or stationary field operations—allows officers to enroll, validate, and book individuals in any kind of setting. Using the LES technology, the scanner is capable of capturing fingerprints under direct sunlight, and moreover, it is not affected by latent prints that are left on the platen. In addition, its excellent ruggedness makes sure that it does not break at crucial times.

Apart from Mobile ID IQS FAP50, the new BioSense™ AT80 MAX fulfills requirements for GSA, PIV, and FIPS 201. The instrument is available with built-in 8” LCD with a 10-point multi-touch capacitive touchscreen display, front and rear 5 MP cameras, GPS, Bluetooth®, wireless, and IP-67 connectors for protection against water and dust.

The Five-0 is an impressive scanner with a slim design, which integrated seamlessly with the AT80. The result is a 1” thick, lightweight, field-ready biometric tablet. Operators can conveniently capture high-quality prints in the field anytime, anywhere.

Kalvin Chen, VP, Operations, AMREL

We are proud to see AMREL, a progressive leader in biometrically enabled tablets, add the Five-0 to their BioSense family. AMREL and IB are aligned on providing durable mobile products, and the new BioSense™ AT80 MAX is an excellent example of bringing our technologies together.

Steve Thies, CEO, Integrated Biometrics

The new BioSense™ AT80 MAX will be exhibited at Connect:ID 2019 from April 30th to May 1st. To view the device, customers can visit Integrated Biometrics’ Booth #111.
