Thomson Reuters’ selection process utilized a 28-data-point algorithm to objectively measure performance across eight pillars: Financial, Management and Investor Confidence, Risk and Resilience, Legal Compliance, Innovation, People and Social Responsibility, Environmental Impact, and Reputation. Analog Devices accompanied other top companies with the fortitude for the future in today’s complex business environment.
“The history of Analog is the story of nimbly adapting to changes in a business environment that sees continual and significant disruption,” said Vincent Roche, President and CEO, Analog Devices. “At Analog, we learn from our experience and the world around us to deliver even more sophisticated and differentiated solutions to our customers’ greatest analog and mixed signal challenges. We are committed to truly pioneer what’s possible, and are deeply honored that other organizations are recognizing this work.”
This award was received in addition to Analog Devices ranking #42 on the Corporate Knights’ 2018 Global 100, an index of the 100 most sustainable corporations in the world. Companies were assessed and selected from almost 6,000 publicly listed corporations around the world on key performance indicators directly related to sustainability in environmental, social, governance, and sustainability values of products.
The recognition from Thomson Reuters comes on the heels of Analog Devices being named on the Boston Globe’s “top largest employers for 2017 in Greater Boston” list, winning the “Most Respected Public Semiconductor Company Achieving $1 Billion to $5 Billion in Annual Sales” award from Global Semiconductor Alliance, and Margaret Seif, Chief Legal Officer, Secretary and SVP of Communications and Brand, was selected as a “Leader in Law” by Massachusetts Lawyer Weekly.
Just Capital included Analog Devices on its “2017 Just 100” list that ranks the largest publicly-traded U.S. corporations; in this in-depth process, companies are evaluated on public attitude toward corporate behaviors. Most recently, the company’s VP of Consumer and Healthcare Systems, Jennifer Lloyd and Area Sales Director, NA West and Latin American regions Kay Rhind, were recognized by the YWCA, Silicon Valley, as “2018 Tribute to Women Award” honorees for their respective efforts to promote women’s leadership and advancement opportunities in the Silicon Valley region.
