Bud Offers Rack Components with Digital Thermal Sensors

Bud Industries, a global fabricator of electronic enclosures, declared the release of 19-inch fan tray components that are available as an entire custom-made assemblage with fans and can be used instantly.

One of the 19-inch Bud’s rack components is integrated with a specific digital thermal controller. The only requirement is to join the four rack-fixing brackets, place the fan tray at the appropriate location, connecting it and programming the required thermal value in the digital controlling device. A set of six robust fans will supply 540 CFM conditioned air when the temperature of the room surpasses the set level.

The fan tray with a size of 1.75" x 19" x 18.56" is ideal for a 19-inch standard EIA rack with fixable brackets and with standard 1-U heights. The digital thermal controlling unit is operable at ± 10C or ±2 F, and is suitable for working in atmospheric temperatures ranging from 0 to 500C.

It is designed with a glowing on/off switch on the front surface, CE fans with durable sleeve bearings and a convenient thermal sensor with a nine feet wire. It is shielded in a black, damage-proof, easily cleanable powder coating and the tray is delivered with double rack fixing brackets and a removable five fee current cable.

Bud supplies various accessories such as wire organizers, brackets, fans, shelving, feet, casters, handles fan trays, etc. and the variable 19 inch racks can be used for instrumentation, telecom, data rack and server.

Bud delivers over 2,500 products including plastic enclosures, cabinet racks, electronics cabinets and aluminum enclosures.
