Critical Oxygen Measurements for Natural Gas and Petrochemical Processes

Visitors to Adipec this year will be able to find out more about Analytical Industries’ (AII) oxygen sensors and analyzers for the oil and gas industry. Suitable for use in hazardous areas, the instruments ensure the quality of natural gas, safety of processes and gas storage as well as protecting valuable equipment from damage.

Using proprietary galvanic electrochemical sensors, AII’s trace oxygen analyzers are easy to use, highly cost-effective and need minimal maintenance. Used by engineers around the world, they are found in applications from natural gas exploration, extraction and transmission as well as in petrochemical refineries.

The GPR-2800 process oxygen analyzer for hazardous areas offers a sensor life of up to 32 months for minimal maintenance. It provides trace oxygen measurements from 0-1%, as well as a 0-25% range and conforms to UL and ATEX.

Their easy to operate hydrogen sulfide analyzers prevent damage to natural gas transmission pipelines. They are ATEX and UL approved for use in flammable gas streams.

The GPR-1200 fast-responding portable trace oxygen analyzer with built-in bypass valve allows more measurements to be made in a shift and prolongs the life of the sensor.

Analytical Industries is co-exhibiting with sister company Michell Instruments, which manufactures complementary ranges of trace moisture analyzers and sensors as well as hydrocarbon dew point analyzers.

Visit Michell on stand 632, Hall 6 at Adipec, Abu Dhabi, from 12th to 15th November 2018.
