Pepperl+Fuchs launches its new OMH-RL31-06 mounting brackets which furnishes an economical way to conveniently install the company’s series 31 photoelectric sensing elements for multi-axes arrangement purposes.
The OMH-RL31-06 has a half-clamp framework in which the bracket is locked up on a rod or a bolt with 12 mm diameter. If the bracket is chained up, the half-clamp is revolved 360° around the bolt or rod to attain the proper alignment of the sensor in order to serve the application purposes.
Jeff Allison, Product Manager explained that these unique brackets simplify the arrangement and positioning of photoelectric sensors leading to rapid alignments than with the conventional right-angle brackets. He further explained that a robust covering is provided at both the sides of the sensor enclosures to ensure more safety which aids in lowering the expenses and increasing the yield in many applications including the overhead doors, material handlings and in many other basic automations processes.
Pepperl+Fuchs is a veteran in the fabrication, production and application of standard process automation and factory products and services. The company started advancing the proximity sensing units 50 years ago and has proven its excellence in delivering high-quality, effective products since then.
