Testo Industries Launches a New Combustion Analyzing Sensor

Testo Industries launches the new 4-Gas Industrial Combustion Analyzer the Testo 340 which is to be used for testing gases such as O2, CO, NOx, SO2 and Low NOx. It is a plug and play sensor system, including special features for maintenance, boiler and engine tuning and taxing industrial combustion analysis.

Being highly flexible in nature, the 340, measures oxygen levels and also three other gases which could be selected by the user, such as CO, CO low, SO2, NO2, NO, NO low. It also has interference filters which could be replaced. These filters increase the sensor’s life span, and also display them in ppm hours. Repeated on site calibration of gases need not be done, as these sensors are pre-calibrated. Its superior dilution system which permits SO2 to 25,000 ppm, NO to 15,000 ppm and CO testing range to 50,000 ppm, makes it perfect for applications such as un-controlled combustion, high concentrations, boiler and engine tuning.

It also incorporates flow gas sampling, to be used for constant reading, eliminating difficulties such as high-draft conditions. Testo 340 is a portable equipment with a 2 lb. weight and has wide-ranging memory management, data logging, automatic programs and sensor output graphical representations, providing vital information about the health of the sensor. Also included are battery status, calibration logs, leak check and sample flow.
