Trimble’s new improved image validation software called the eCognition version 8.64 serves a wide range of geospatial applications. With the advent of this new software, Trimble has attained an advanced, native, 64-bit object –oriented image evaluation for processing broad image datasets.
This 64-bit operating system facilitates the image analysis platform with the addition of random access memory. The eCognition 8.64 version permits automatic segmentation, organize huge datasets and, produce numerous image objects without restricting the operating system.
Ralph Humberg, eCognition business area manager remarked that, this novel software has improved eCognition's image analysis potentialities by efficiently evaluating the recent bulk datasets that have been generated by multi-sensor technologies. He added that, the latest sensing systems concurrently gather varied image pixels and laser scanning areas constantly and eCognition 8.64 has facilitated this operation much easily.
The eCognition software of the company allows the earth science organizations to rapidly gain precise geo-spatial data from remote areas and helps scientists, data providers, value adders, and end users in incorporating earth surveillance and remote sensing information to gain precise GIS-ready data. The smart functionalities of eCognition aids precise mapping alter identification and object tracking, supplying high quality, reproducible images.
