Primary PowerDI5060 Package System from Diodes

Diodes, global fabricator and provider of standard application specific solutions, has launched its primary PowerDI5060 package device called, the DMP3010LPS, that is 30V rated with p-channel enhancement mode MOSFET that offers designers of netbooks, notebooks, and other consumer electronics improvement in reliability and lowers the PCB space necessities.

It is connected to a case temperature resistance of 2.1°C/W, where its thermal resistance is 10 fold lesser than its SO8 substitute, having improved power dissipation offering cooler operation and secure product architecture.
