ONCOR International Trades its Industrial Building

Paine/Wetzel ONCOR International has accomplished the trade of an industrial building having 23,820-square-foot situated at Cary-based 305 Cary Point Drive. 

Durex International Corporation, a leading fabricator of thermal sensors and electric heating components, has acquired the Paine/Wetzel, which is a Coffman Manufacturing  facility for developing their company. ONCOR is located on a 1.8-acre site, and is situated only one block away from  Durex’s central plant at  190 Detroit Street.

G. Pat Ryan, senior vice president of Paine/Wetzel commented that, the facility had been traded to Durex to provide sufficient improvements to the building and transform it to a leading construction building. This business symbolizes the third property traded by Paine/Wetzel Company in a two block region within Cary, Ill. It also accounts for the ninth business completed by them in 2010 within a 10-mile radius of this infrastructure comprising Lake McHenry, and Kane counties.
