Balluff Modules Transform Analogue Sensor Readings to IO-Link Signals

Balluff has devised a wide range of modules connecting analogue sensing devices and transform their readings in the form of IO-Link signals, using unprotected three-conductor wires rather than expensive shielded wires.

IO-link

The IP67-shielded IO-Link Analogue Plugs enable a 14-bit conversion resolution.

Different versions of 4mA to 20mA current input and output are available along with 0–10V voltage input and output and PT100 signals. Numerous output, input, current and voltage signals can also be blended in one module.
