EJL Wireless Research is releasing a report on the Ericsson DRU GSM 900MHz transceiver radio unit as part of its series of Design Analysis Infrastructure (DNA-I) reports.
This report mentions some leading semiconductor and component vendors including Vishay Siliconix, Aeroflex, Analog Devices, TriQuint Semiconductor, Anaren Microwave, Bourns, Texas Instruments, Epcos AG, ETAL, STMicroelectronics, Fairchild Semiconductor, Skyworks Solutions, Freescale Semiconductor, Pulse Engineering, Infineon Technologies, ON Semiconductor, International Rectifier, Kemet, NDK, NXP Semiconductors, Maxim Integrated Products, National Semiconductor, and : Murata Electronics Co.
EJL’s President and Founder, Earl Lum, informed that this transceiver is a double radio system that incorporates Ericsson’s integrated duplexer filter. Lum added that the filter is at the core of the 2x16 BTS platform and that EJL is thrilled to demonstrate the transceiver along with power amplifiers, base stations, femtocells, and remote radio heads from various wireless equipment OEMs through its DNA-I program.
