Flame Sensors for Volatile Environments

The Honeywell LG1093AA24 and LG1093AA26 Gas Turbine Combustion System Flame Detectors, which are a replacement for GE Part Number 261A1812P012 from DtiCorp.com track UV radiation from a hydrocarbon flame, transmitting an output signal to specify a flame or no-flame circumstance.

Applications on Land and sea include generation of shipboard power, pumping stations and industrial segment. Also available are sensors, amplifiers and sensor cable lengths. The devices are sensitive and respond rapidly (0.1 sec typical) and support applications where multiple voltages are necessary. The sensors can be deployed for distances up to 1000feet. They are equipped with necessary approvals for use in volatile conditions. They also comply with the European Directive CE for EMC 89/336/EEC, LVD 73/23/EEC and ATEX Explosive Atmosphere 94/9/EC and are suitable for use in general electric turbines.

The products have a mounting interface of 3/4inch internal NPT and a control panel connection with a Teflon shielded cable having 1inch outside conduit thread. They operate within temperatures ranging from - 40°F to +350°F.
