Triaxial Accelerometer to Measure Noise Vibration and Harshness

Dytran Instruments has declared releasing its 3343A series, triaxial IEPE-type accelerometers.

Dytran's Triaxial Accelerometer

The devices weigh 2.4grams and can be used in applications such as modal analysis and Environmental Stress Screening (ESS) and in space constrained applications.

The 4-pin radial connector makes for a light cable, a connector with a small diameter, and compact sensor size. It offers a self-adhesive mount and hermetic sealing option when it is being used in humid environments, and in sensitivities of 2mV/g, 5mV/g and 10mV/g for sensitive environments. It is encased in titanium minimizing mass loading on the test article.

The devices are suitable for application in tri-axial vibration measurements, shaker control, squeak and rattle, and noise vibration and harshness.
