The system will monitor and relay on-the-spot, continuous information on pressures and temperatures of each tire, besides, vehicle information like speed, acceleration, braking and the route traversed. Tests were conducted last year on 400ton dump trucks, which proved their trustworthiness in mining applications.

Trained engineers will install the system that includes a transmitter, antennae, and a cab display in the field. The system is connected to the GPS/GSM network. Information is constantly relayed either to a central network or to an individual mobile phone. This ensures efficient performance while reducing maintenance costs and safeguarding both the vehicle and driver. The system also ensures a long life of each tire, making it ideal for the harsh mining environment.
