TowerJazz has declared that firms, educational institutions and laboratories can avail its innovative process design kits (PDKs) and 0.18 micron power management and CMOS image sensor technology to develop archetypes via CMP services.
CMP is a non-profit organization focused on helping its clients to access low cost foundries by merging their designs on Multi-Project wafers. It has selected TowerJazz for its expertise in process technology and IP products.
TowerJazz provides cutting edge Bipolar-CMOS-DMOS platforms along with advanced Rdson values such as non-volatile memory (NVM) in power management sector. The company also provides Y-Flash technology, a state-of-the-art solution for the NVM segment known for its compact size of cell, absence of mask adder and adaptability to execute memory of different sizes.
The company provides sophisticated CMOS image sensors, which are popular for its inside pixel development and competence. The company also supports pixel customization depending on project requirements. High-end functionality features such as reduced noise and active range contribute to several digital imaging operations.
