AirTest Technologies, a Green-Tech firm specializing in sensors for building operating efficiency, and Omni Marketing Group - Asia (OMG Asia), a company that provides retail marketing services, have entered a distribution partner accord for energy saving systems and products in Southeast Asian markets.
OMG Asia’s wholly owned subsidiary, Tegma Asia, is expected to generate sales between $3 million and $5 million of AirTest’s innovative products. Tegma would focus on marketing green technologies such as carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide sensor technologies that would help decrease the carbon footprint of residential and commercial buildings.
According to the terms of the agreement, Tegma is to roll out the marketing strategy in two phases over a period of three years., Initially, Tegma will focus on sales in the Philippines, Thailand and Singapore, and by 2012 will expand to Indonesia, Malaysia, Cambodia, Guam, Saipan, Vietnam and Myanmar.
