Flexpoint Sensor Systems Receives Contract for Bi-Directional Bend Sensors

Flexpoint Sensor Systems declared that it has received a purchase order for its patented bi-directional Bend Sensors from a telecommunications client that manufactures products for a wide range of applications such as building automation, consumer, medical and industrial control.

The President of Flexpoint, Clark Mower mentioned that the company has previously dealt with the telecommunications client. He further stated that the client utilizes a unique application of the company’s proprietary Bend Sensor technology, which is flexible and extremely useful for a number of applications. He said that the bi-directional sensors are indispensable and that the company is foreseeing a growing demand for its sensors in the future.
