GSX Releases Monitor + Analyser v. 10 with Improved Features

GSX Solutions has unveiled the latest version of the GSX Monitor & Analyser which is equipped with many advanced features and supports IBM Quickr, Sametime 8.5, Microsoft Share Point and Microsoft Exchange 2010 servers.

The GSX Monitor & Analyser is the most sought out management tool for multiple collaboration infrastructures and effectively shields the operation of numerous email accounts across the world. It is capable of providing live monitoring by issuing proactive alerts for all the servers in the enterprise. The features of the GSX Monitor & Analyser are customized to suit the Blackberry Enterprise Server. The device issues alerts when an environment having high BES 5 is encountered. It also monitors failback and failover events and intimates the user when the primary server is restored. New templates have been introduced to improve the efficiency of Blackberry server management. It provides new health and environment reports for better understanding of Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreement.

Other features offered by the GSX Monitor & Analyser are Lotus Domino data base probes, ability to install environment specific components, support for Microsoft Sharepoint and Microsoft Exchange 2010, monitoring and reporting facilities for Sametime 8.5 and IBM Quickr.
