Beamex Introduces Temperature Blocks to Calibrate Temperature Instruments

Beamex has released a wide range of temperature calibration services and devices including two distinct dry block series. Beamex has introduced the MB Series Metrology Temperature Blocks and the FB Series Field Temperature Blocks.

Beamex FB and MB series

The FB Series Field Temperature Blocks are of minimal weight and renders high levels of accuracy that makes it suitable for industrial applications. The temperature blocks render calibration solutions for sensor-enabled temperature equipment and temperature sensors. While using conventional calibration devices, an external reference sensor is required but not essential for this new range of calibration blocks. The display accuracy of the Beamex MB comes up to ±0.1 °C. The Beamex MB renders stability up to ±0.005 °C in dry blocks with the implementation of its innovative temperature control technology.

The Beamex Smart Reference Probes offers high-performance and high-stability. Built with an integrated memory, the reference PRT probes can store the coefficients of each probe. Manual entry of the sensor coefficients can be made using the MB user interface. The sensor is offered to clients in either a 90° bent form or a 300 mm straight form, which makes it suitable for Beamex Temperature Block. The reference probes and the dry blocks together comprise part of the Beamex temperature calibration solution. The dry blocks interact with the MC5 Multifunction calibrators thus obtaining completely automated documentation and calibration. The calibration results are then uploaded to the CMX calibration software from the MC5.
