ICAP Patent Brokerage, a patent auction company and ICAP’s intellectual property brokerage division, has offered a patent portfolio covering a sophisticated hydrogen sensor technology for sale.
The patent portfolio covers production techniques to obtain Metal-alloy nanoparticles (palladium and silver) in any preferred arrangement or size. The portfolio is a turnkey portfolio that allows the buyer to start production and commercialize the products immediately.
By utilizing the same nanoparticle sensor, different concentrations of hydrogen gas even below LFL can be detected easily. It is not required to maintain specific environmental and temperature conditions required for sensing hydrogen.
The nanoparticle production techniques are efficient, time and cost saving for the producers, and result in the manufacture of cost-effective, small, easy-to-maintain hydrogen sensors with high durability. The patent portfolio and its applications include different jurisdictions, including South Korea, Japan, China, Europe, Canada and the US.
The patent portfolio is useful for companies operating in the fields, including medical diagnostics, aviation, micro-chips production, food processing, power transformers, petrochemicals, transportation and automobile, gas and oil. Due to its highly inflammable nature, hydrogen gas detection is important.
