MedPro Imaging Offers 4D Probe Repair Services

MedPro Imaging has added 4D Transducer repair capabilities with computer based processes and technology for consistent and rapid repairs. MedPro is the only company to provide sophisticated 4D transducer repairs and also conducts 4D probe repair services at its ultrasound transducer repair facility in Longmont in Colo.

Charles Jahnke, who is the CEO and President of MedPro Imaging, revealed that the company is committed to providing a repair-first model, which would aid customers to decrease their ultrasound lifecycle expenditures by maintaining their own probes in service. He stated that the company had invested a lot in dedicated 4D repair technology and components essential for offering 4D repairs such as motor position errors, electronic failures and lens cap replacements. This would allow customers to save about 40% to 50% as compared to the replacement expenditures, and also allows them to control and manage their probe assets in a better manner and makes sure that they do not get a replacement probe of unknown quality and origin.

The company also declared that it has achieved ISO certification by complying with the requirements of the ISO 13485:2003 standard. This would help MedPro to offer probe repair services to all types of customers such as imaging centers, hospitals and multi-vendor service providers.
