Winland Electronics, a developer of critical condition monitoring systems has added the new EnviroAlert EA800-ip to its portfolio of EnviroAlert products.
This new addition would provide a two way access for remote monitoring and collection of data for changes in humidity, temperature, dry contacts, pressure, water and gases from almost eight sensors. The EnviroAlert product family includes the EA200 and the EA400 along with the EnviroAlert EA800. With the help of a network connection the sensor settings could also be altered, thereby reducing the number of service calls or on-site adjustments..
According to Paul Machacek, who is the Director of Business Development for Winland Electronics, the company was thrilled to give their customers this new product line enhancement. The salient features include Ethernet connectivity, compliance with 21 CFR Part 11, auto report generation, monitoring of several sites from any location, remote access to observing of real-time data, programming, sensor and event data logs, smart phone compatibility, seamless integration with any alarm system, dedicated output relays for each sensor, multiple tiers of user access security, and email and text messages for alarm and trend notices.
Macheacek further states that their company has long been offering products which meet industry needs and that the EA800-ip offers HACCP compliance with automatic data logging of freezer and cooler conditions. With this equipment, all the coolers and freezers present in a medical complex or in a chain of convenience stores could be monitored both from a remote location and locally. The product would be shown for the first time at the ASIS International Show in Orlando from September 19-21.
