Firstech, a North American remote start and security company, who has developed the DroneMobile and the CompuStar, has now released the FT-RPS Touch.
This is a capacitive keypad mounted on the window and gives users access to their vehicles without keys. The CompuStar FT-RPS Touch is a security sensor window mounted on the inside of the vehicle. The user has to enter a pass code consisting of four digits for locking or unlocking the alarm system included in the vehicle. The RPS Touch uses five blue LEDs which are in-built, and which perform the role of a security deterrent when the vehicle is locked or armed. The FT-RPS Touch could also be utilized to page the vehicle owner via the Dronemobile if they have a smartphone or a 2-way LCD remote.
According to Jason Kaminski, who is the Director of Sales at Firstech, the FT RPS Touch being economical and compatible with all vehicles, can be an ideal equipment for all vehicles, and if there were any worries about being locked out of the vehicle then FT RPS Touch would be the ideal device. This system is compatible with all MaxIt and AlarmIt systems and it takes innovation to the next level with its touch unlock feature. Just by holding a finger on the sensor allows the Program 4 digit code to disarm the vehicle’s system without making use of the key and the remote.
