Schrader releases an exhaustive catalogue of the application data pertaining to tire pressure monitoring systems (TPMS) for the year 2012.
Trevor Potter, the VP at Schrader, stressed on the importance of gathering and validating the application data as an effort to support its customers. He added that such comprehensive data will benefit their customers by guiding them during the installation of Schrader equipment such as replacement sensors, service packs and products related to TPMS.
The research process that goes on at Schrader for gathering the data concentrates on providing thorough, validated and accurate data, which enhances their delivery quality. Schrader exercises an unmatched access over vehicle data and therefore is able to do a complete review of all the vehicle platforms. The catalogue includes data about the forthcoming vehicle models in 2012, such as Aston Martin Virage, Audi A7, Scion iQetc, which can be fitted with sensors from Schrader. The general manager at Bartec pointed out that the partnership between Schrader and Bartec has produces the EZ-Sensor. This sensor, he claims, is the first ever patented and programmable sensor in the industry. The EZ sensor can be used on 65% of the vehicles on road currently and is compatible with the other sensors in use. The sensor can be assembled with a rubber snap-in-style valve stem. Some of the other features of the sensor are an intuitive user interface and a bright LED screen.
