The PocketFinder GPS Vehicle Locator and PocketFinder GPS Personal Locator from Location Based Technologies is now available for commercial purchase in the US and UK.

The products are currently available in the Online Apple Store. However, devices will also be available in all Apple Retail stores in the US and UK by the end of October 2011.
The Personal Locator is very compact and enables users to make online identification of their belongings or devices from any part of the world through the use of real time data. The GPS Vehicle Locator is also very compact and is ideal for people who drive for the first time as it can identify the location and the speed of the vehicle. It can also be attached to various kinds of vehicles such as snowmobiles, recreational vehicles, jet skis, boats, motorcycles and any other high power vehicle.
The user interface of the PocketFinder is compatible with all products of Apple and its iOS App which is available on iPad, iPhone and iPod touch, is free of cost. According to Dave Morse who is the CEO of Location Based Technologies the PocketFinder enables users to be in touch with each other and also helps in locating their belongings or loved ones.
