Newark/element14, Premier Farnell's business specialising in the distribution of electronic devices will offer Honeywell's new line of digital humidity and temperature sensors called Humidlcon for use in medical and HVAC refrigerating applications.
The sensors comprise total error band, which takes into account all the possible sources of error thus resulting in +5%RH and a temperature of 5°C to 50°C. This feature rules out the need for testing each sensor and helps in optimising the system by ensuring accuracy and reducing ownership costs. According to Jeff Uden who is the Vice President, Product Management of Newark/element14, the products can be used for applications that involve energy saving and Honeywell's latest sensors will be an innovative addition to its line of advanced technologies.
