Track Your Track, a provider of GPS tracking services, has decided to launch an upgrade of its NetTrack Mobile during the next month of this year. The updated version includes customizable vehicle GPS tracking software featuring remote door unlock and remote disable starter, which enables unlocking doors and disabling the starter remotely from the dispatcher’s or driver’s iPad or cell phone.
The Coyote tracking device product line has also been incorporated with these features and was introduced in September 2011. The convenient NetTrack GPS tracking software also includes other features like the ability to view the latest five positions and speed of each vehicle, Google maps with Street View feature and the ability to contact any vehicle before it reaches the next location.
Robert Hall, Track Your Truck’s President, stated that since the mobile technology is evolving continuously, its importance in the GPS tracking capabilities and in daily business operations is rapidly increasing. Hall said that new features of the NetTrack mobile software ensures further guidance to the drivers who have gou locked outside the vehicles and provides better protection and recovery for stolen vehicles. Hall added that with this advanced technology, the vehicle owners and companies are able to save on money and time, and perform easy tracking of their fleets and employees.
The drivers can shut down the starter of their vehicles completely using the software’s remote starter disable functioning. Apart from the vehicle recovery applications, the remote functioning features can also avoid the use of vehicles provided by the company beyond the prescheduled hours. By installing NetTrack’s software technology, a company can also design an automated after-hours shutdown of the vehicles provided by them.
