CJPS Medical Systems has launched the VitalPoint HOME, a remote patient monitor, which can be used with Tablet PCs that work on Microsoft Windows.
CJPS has also waived the connectivity fees to caregivers for accessing the data of their patients using the remote monitoring methods. Nurses and physicians currently use their desktops or laptops to view and access their patient data using the VitalPoint HOME. The remote monitoring system has been designed to capture data from anywhere from patients and communicate the data to the caregivers who are monitoring their health status.
The latest enhancement made to the VitalPoint HOME make monitoring of patient data like their reported symptoms or vital parameters from anywhere. All the VitalPoint HOME units that are already being used are compatible with the enhanced connectivity. Once the Tablet PC with Microsoft Windows contains the downloaded VitalPoint HOME Remote Device Connectivity software from CJPS, the VitalPoint HOME system can start working. The remote monitoring technology from CJPS provides advanced connectivity providing reliable home monitoring for home patients. The monitoring device weighs 4.5 lbs and is capable of monitoring blood pressure, weight, glucose level, prothrombin time and ratios, pulse rate, fluid data and also provide electrocardiogram data. The caregiver can monitor all this data from a remote location using a laptop or even a cell phone.
