Pree, a San Antonio, Texas- based technology developer, has announced the availability of the Heartfelt vitals and video monitoring system for infants. It has been developed to provide parents with real-time information on the infant’s heart rate, breathing as well as the room temperature.
The CEO of Pree, Rudy W De La Garza stated that parents are offered peace of mind with real-time information on the infant’s heart and breathing rate. With other video monitors, parents can only see their child’s image, but with the Heartfelt monitoring system, parents have both audio and visual access to their baby’s vitals.
The Heartfelt baby monitor is currently the only monitor available in the market that provides caregivers and parents with the breathing and heart rate of the infant in real-time. The streaming audio and video data from the Heartfelt Infant Vitals and Video Monitoring System is displayed on the smartphone, tablet, laptop and the home computer using the home internet or Wi-Fi connection. The monitoring system has black and white night vision capabilities that allow the parent to clearly view the child even in dark conditions. The user can set up customized alerts that issue a notification when the breathing and heart rate becomes irregular. Furthermore, the system also features an option to gently vibrate and wake up the sleeping baby, if any anomalies are detected.
