Smiths Detection declared that it has been awarded with two orders from the U.S. Army with a total value of over $21 million. The contract has been rewarded under the Department of Defense’s Joint Chemical Agent Detector (JCAD) program.

According to Smiths Detection President, Mal Maginnis, JCAD being one of the world’s largest chemical warfare protection projects, has been a critical part of Smiths Detection’s extensive record.
