The intuitive interface and dynamic web engine brings the correct amount of control to the right place. The web server can identify the type of device such as mobile phone, PC, Mac, or tablet automatically. By achieving connection, commercial grade thermostat provides mobile pages for small browser platforms like an iPhone or Android phone or full webpages like PC, Mac or iPad. In addition, it consists of a unique Net/X Advanced Remote Sensor Bus that enables 11 remote sensors to be integrated for checking up to six varied sensors.

"It’s gotta be simple…" inspired the development, and integration of human engineering, software, and hardware for designing a 802.11-based product that creates an ideal combination of technology and aesthetics.

Unlike conventional programmable thermostats, this Internet thermostat enables point and click control from any browser on any device via an Internet or Wi-Fi connection. Being an automatic changeover 3-Heat / 2-Cool thermostat, the UP32-WIFI includes programmability from a single schedule with up to four events per day, throughout the week. It also enables making extended hold (vacation) as well as returning back to normal schedules.

Users can enjoy multiple options of adopting free Net/X Device Explorer tool for on-site LANs, f ree Internet-based Net/X Remote Device login tool, and the free Enterprise-Class Net/X Command Center software for achieving drag-and-drop planning of more than one thermostat.

The UP32-WIFI consists of universal equipment control for conventional heat pump (dual fuel), gas/electric, electric, and hydronic heat systems. The new thermostat integrates commercial as well as residential features such as Smart Schedule Recovery for intelligent temperature recovery, and Efficient Equipment Restart for staggering scheduled start times. UP32-WIFI also supports auxiliary inputs and sensors ensuring commercial use.

Each UP32-WIFI supports advanced remote sensor bus, in addition to one occupancy sensor, and two digital inputs for fault conditions. The advanced remote sensor bus supports 11 sensors packed within simple 3-wire design including a humidity/temperature sensor, six indoor remote sensors, an outdoor sensor, and also configurable auxiliary temperature sensors that enable three separate monitoring and alerting points on each thermostat.

The UP32-WIFI platform provides powerful email and text message alerting. Up to four email and text message destinations supports alerting and reminders of varied conditions for service personnel as well as customers. The embedded secure email server facilitates simple configuration for alerts.

NetworkThermostat has collaborated with Weatherbug, a powerful weather service which is incorporated within the thermostat for forecasting weather conditions.

The UP32-WIFI also adopts NetworkThermostat’s open API for rapid and efficient integration of thermostat to other systems.

The product is being distributed by HVAC distributors, online retailers, and contractors.
