UTC Aerospace Systems’ ISR Sensors Exhibited at AFA

During the Air Forces Association (AFA) conference and technology exposition, UTC Aerospace Systems has showcased its complete range of core capability advanced ISR (intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance) sensors.

The expo took place from September 17 to19, at Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center in Washington, D.C.

UTC Aerospace Systems technical experts will demonstrate the Sentinel wide area motion imagery (WAMI) sensor system. Sentinel CA-247 marks the first functional nighttime wide area capability that has been adopted since two years. With over a dozen systems being developed and having more than 10,000 operational hours, Sentinel ensures warfighters with supreme level of situation awareness with precise, synchronized day and nighttime coverage, cost-effective combat-proven performance, and high resolution over wide areas.

Other products on display include SYERS-3 multi-spectral sensor, an advanced adaptive sensor that produces excellent, high-quality image. By generating highest resolution multi-spectral intelligence, SYERS-3 extends detailed information in any environment, day or night. The company’s technical staff will assist in choosing the best ISR solution based on the application, providing the operator with excellent imaging and greatest value.
