Onset Introduces All-Inclusive Wireless Temperature and Humidity Monitoring Kit

Onset has introduced the HOBO Wireless Temp/RH Monitoring Kit. This user-friendly, wireless system is an all-inclusive kit that facilitates affordable, reliable, and rapid environmental monitoring.

The simple, three-step procedure allows the users to log in data for trend analysis, evaluate critical temperature and humidity conditions, and to alert on the alarm through text or email, thereby eliminating any interruption caused by wires or manual data offload. The monitoring kit can be effectively deployed in a wide range of facilities such as warehouses, food processing plants, office buildings, and laboratories.

HOBO Wireless Temp/RH Monitoring Kit is designed with significant features like alarm notifications via text or email; rapid, easy set up out of the box; versatile design for easy system expandability; centralized monitoring access directly from the desktop; and automated data delivery to remote locations through FTP or email.

The system relays text message to users through email or phone, when temperature/RH conditions surpass set thresholds, and provides alerts using an alarm in conditions when one of the temperature/RH sensors is detached from the network. The system offers visual notification on the PC that trips an alarm.

The wireless kit features HOBOnode Manager software, which is a part of Onset’s established HOBOware Pro software. Using HOBOnode Manager, users can view set alarm notifications, near real-time energy and environmental data, and can visualize the system having Network Map feature.

The HOBO Wireless Temp/RH Monitoring Kit consists of HOBOware Pro software, a data receiver, three wireless temperature/RH data nodes, and sensor mounting accessories. It is now available at Onset.
