Northrup Grants Radar Electronic Assemblies Contract to LaBarge

Northrup Grumman Corporation has awarded a contract worth $1.5 million to LaBarge for continuing with the manufacture of the AN/APG-68 fire control radar system’s electronic assemblies.

This radar system is for the F-16 fighter aircraft. This program is being by supported by LaBarge since 2003.

The AN/APG radar offers multiple modes that include high-resolution ground mapping, simultaneous multiple target tracking and all-aspect, long-range tracking and detection. Lockheed is the principal contractor for the F-16 aircraft.

LaBarge, a broad-based supplier of electronics assemblies for technology-based companies in diverse markets, offers advanced electro-mechanical and electronic products through manufacturing and contract design services.
