Sound ID’s Bluetooth Headset with Touch Sensor for Volume Adjustment

Sound ID, an innovator who combines human ear knowledge with the latest Bluetooth technology, has recently announced the launch of the Bluetooth headset Sound ID 510 that can be purchased online through the www.wireless.att.com website and also at AT&T stores in the U.S. from June 6, 2010.

Features incorporated in this headset include a distinctive sensor for adjusting the volume easily, environmental mode for amplification of surrounding sound when the headset is worn to enable clear conversations both off and on the phone, 3X NoiseNavigation provided via three microphones, enhanced sound processing for eliminating background noise, a noise-canceling algorithm and enhanced sound processing to help eliminate background noise, multipoint technology and on/off switch. The multi-point technology permits users to connect securely to two Bluetooth-based phones and originate or answer calls on either phone. The on/off switch enables the conservation of battery life and prevent pocket dialing. The phone’s battery provides more than 5 h talk time and standby time of 135 h.

The headset is transformed into a wholly customized device by the Sound ID 510 compatible ‘Sound ID EarPrint App.’ This app is freely available through the App Store and helps users of the iPhone to customize their 510 sound settings, converting the headset into a sound system that is programmed to hearing preferences and also control the call quality on both sides. The app features ‘Personal Sound’ that enables listening preferences to be personalized, visual battery indicator for updated information on battery life of the headset, and the ‘Find Me’ control for locating a misplaced headset.

This premium headset is compatible with every Bluetooth-based handsets. It incorporated the most recent sound engineering advancements. It has an ergonomic lightweight in-ear design resulting in an anatomical and comfortable fit.
