Spanish Government Purchases Implant Sciences’ Quantum Sniffer for Critical Infrastructure Protection

Implant Sciences Corporation, a high technology supplier of systems and sensors for homeland security and defense markets, today announced that it has sold its Quantum Sniffer™ QS-H150 to a new government customer in Spain for use in critical infrastructure protection.

Implant Sciences' Quantum Sniffers are already in use in Spain for the protection of critical infrastructure and seaports, as well as for force protection and aviation security.

"Europe is a market where our non-radioactive source really sets the Quantum Sniffer apart from the competition," stated Implant Sciences' President and CEO, Glenn D. Bolduc. "Our product development team continues to take a hardline approach on safety, placing priority on implementing features which further enhance our systems' performance in trace detection while putting the customer's safety first."
