Quantitech to Feature their FTIR Multi-Gas Analysis Technology

Whilst many of Quantitech’s customers need to measure gas concentrations for reporting or process management purposes, some customers simply have to demonstrate that nothing is there.

The Quantitech stand at AQE 2013 (40 & 41) will therefore feature instruments that are able to meet both needs.

Reflecting the new theme of AQE 2013, the Quantitech stand will feature the latest instrumentation for both ambient and stack emissions monitoring.

The company’s monitoring experts will use this event to explain the versatility and flexibility of FTIR multi-gas analysis by outlining some of the many applications in which this technology has been successfully employed. Visitors are invited to attend a free presentation entitled: ‘FTIR analysis for complex gas mixtures – real world examples of trace gas analysis in ambient air and stack emissions’ which will take place from 12.00 to 12.30 on Wednesday 13th March in Workshop Room 1. The examples given will include those for which the accurate measurement of nothing is critically important – including breathing air and satellite propulsion systems.

A further presentation entitled ‘Methods for sampling emissions of Dioxins, Mercury and Heavy metals’ will take place from 11.00 to 11.30 on Thursday 14th March, also in Workshop Room 1.
