Casio Camera Models with High Sensitivity CMOS Sensors

Casio Europe GmbH has launched the new EX-H5 and EX-FH25 digital camera models in its EXILIM product portfolio. These new models are able to counter the challenges posed by difficult lighting conditions or motifs moving at a distance. Such challenges act as a barrier to many cameras in shooting good photos.

The EX-FH25 has integrated the high sensitivity CMOS sensor and the high-sped technology for shooting high speed film and photo sequences with unsurpassed quality. On the other hand, the EX-H5 has widened Casio’s hi-zoom successful segment.  These models are also capable of recording 1280 x 720 pixels resolution HD videos.

The EX-FH25 is able to provide excellent images with the help of the high sensitivity CMOS sensor, irrespective of darkness, dusk, or bad light. This sensor enables recording of every motif with excellent clarity and brilliance. This model offers better light sensitivity in comparison with customary sensors along with simultaneous noise reduction resulting in recording of images with sharp details, brilliant colors, and strong contrasts under bad lighting conditions too.

The high-speed series is able to shoot scenes having special moments at a 9 pixel resolution and maximum speed of 30 photos a second. It has maximum high-speed recording feature of 1000 images a second, enabling it to capture quick movements that cannot be observed by the human eye. Options to select different recording speed are available to the user.

Ambitious hobby photographers who mainly want to take photos of fast motifs from nature or sport will really love this camera.

This model provides a variety of BEST SHOT modes for the high-speed film and photo series like the high-speed lighting that involves shooting of three photos in a second’s fraction, each photo having different settings of light. These three photos are later automatically combined to render an ideal image. Other BEST SHOT modes include the ‘High-speed Anti Shake’ to shoot sharp and clear photos that have a tendency to become unfocused due to movements of the hand.

The EX-H5 hi-zoom camera incorporates a 10 x optical zoom based 24 mm wide-angle lens, 12.1 effective megapixels and CCD shift technology-based mechanical image stabilizer, enabling photographers to shoot any motif. It also features a 6.9 cm TFT colour screen, besides familiar functions like Landscape, many BEST SHOT motif programs, Art Short Mode, and Make-up.

The EXILIM Engine 5.0 that is at the core of this digital camera facilitates better quality in relation to image editing, noise suppression, and color brilliance. It is able to quickly respond to the requirements of the photographer and provides optimized shutter delays, sort on/off time, as well as an intelligent auto focus for detecting contours and sizes of every motif object in the shortest time possible with optimized focus.
