New Server for Accsense Data Loggers for Improved Service Reliability by CAS DataLoggers

CAS DataLoggers has just completed the transition to a new server for our Accsense data loggers, ensuring improved service reliability for our customers who depend on its alarm capability every day to protect their high-value product.

Some time ago, in an effort to improve the quality of service we provide, we announced our intention to move the Accsense remote server system to a new location. Before switching over to the new server, we notified our customers a week prior to the cutover and completed a successful test. As a result, this new update improves reliability by preventing service interruptions and adding redundancy in the system architecture, leading to an overall improvement in server uptime.

Feel free to call us with any questions you may have about the service update. Free technical support for all our products is available through our toll free number below, or just email us at [email protected].

Our Accsense monitoring and alarming systems send out automated voice alarms to help protect your high-value inventory such as perishable food, childrens’ vaccines, or any temperature-sensitive product. If your refrigerator or freezer suddenly shuts off without a failsafe such as Accsense’s automated phone calls, you could return after the weekend to find you’ve lost as much as thousands of dollars of product. This advanced alarm functionality is the real Accsense advantage.

Accsense is an especially cost-effective solution for monitoring medical storage units in clinics, pharmacies and many other healthcare institutions. Often, just one Accsense Ethernet Temperature pod can cover all your monitoring points, with inputs for external sensors including 2 RTDs and a thermocouple probe. Each data logger supports Power over Ethernet for a lower cost and easier maintenance compared to traditional wiring, saving you the price of a wireless gateway. In the event of a power failure or a network connection loss, these wireless pods continue to buffer data on their emergency storage.

Our Ethernet and wireless data logger models are highly accurate, securely encrypted in line with regulatory demands, and easy to use. Accsense systems also archive your data for real-time viewing, providing you with peace of mind from liability concerns. Additionally, the system’s turn-key operation replaces the need for expensive training sessions or major IT department involvement--just plug in the pods and let them run. You can also login using any Web browser to retrieve reports and graphs or modify the system's configuration from anywhere you have an Internet connection.
