WIKA Process Solutions acquires Gayesco International Inc. As a world-renowned, quality manufacturer of temperature measurement instruments, Gayesco specializes in multipoint thermocouple systems, tubeskin and temperature measurement sensors.
Gayesco's Flex-R and Flex-O flexible multipoint assemblies along with their Xtracto-Pads and Refracto-Pads have helped the petrochemical industry maximize yields, increase catalyst run times and maintain accurate temperatures in process furnaces and boilers. Formed in 1958, Gayesco has become the trusted name for thermocouples, resistance temperature detectors (RTDs), and accessories in the petrochemical, refining and other process industries. Gayesco has become very well known for Field Services which include: installation services, supervision, welding services and field repairs.

The acquisition of Gayesco will create a new partnership capitalizing on a substantial opportunity to more than double WIKA's previous reach to the market. WIKA Process Solutions and Gayesco will consolidate operations in a new state of the art facility under construction in Pasadena scheduled to be completed in August 2013.
The merged company will offer the best technology in temperature, pressure, level and flow instrumentation.
