Bestech Australia introduces the new extremely lightweight piezoresistive accelerometer Endevco® 727 designed for accurate shock measurement during drop testing of consumer electronic devices, among other shock and impact testing environments.
Ranging from 2,000g up to 60,000g, the model 727 can measure shocks in g ranges well above current drop test sensors.
Exceptional frequency response from DC to 10kHz for the 2kg range and up to DC to 100kHz for the 60kg range allows Model 727 to capture the entire frequency range of interest. It is designed to be mounted with adhesive at only 0.3 grams for its body and 1.1 grams per foot for the integral 10-foot cable, mass loading to the test object is minimal. The standard unit comes with an A2LA certified calibration taken at 10 volts and 120 inches of integral cable.
The Endevco® 42894 removal tool is included with each unit.
