ScanSource®, Inc., the leading international value-added distributor of specialty technology products, has been named 2013 North American Distributor of the Year by Ruckus Wireless, Inc., a global supplier of advanced wireless systems for the rapidly expanding mobile Internet infrastructure market.
ScanSource was recognized for the second consecutive year at the Ruckus BiG DOGs Conference held annually for its distributors and resellers in North America.
Ruckus again lauded ScanSource, Inc. for excellence in execution of its sales and support of Ruckus Smart Wi-Fi solutions, noting its continued year-over-year growth in sales of Ruckus products to the channel. Ruckus Smart Wi-Fi solutions are available through all ScanSource, Inc. business units: ScanSource Catalyst, ScanSource Communications, ScanSource POS & Barcode and ScanSource Security.
